So by mistake, I permanently deleted the game folder because of which I had to re-extract the rar files...*Sigh* So I Patched the game to v0.7.1 and also added Scrappy's mod.
But Fucking hell, I am facing this problem once again...
Whenever I try to load a save, it shows me the scene 10 mins before the actual scene which was saved. For eg, If I try to load the Episode 7 Text scene, I see the intro of Ep7.
It wasn't until yesterday, but since I installed the game once again this morning, it started happening.
I had this issue in March and April as well...but I don't know when...It resolved on it's own Don't know after patching to ep7 or before.
So, I guess that if I wait for few days it will resolve on it's own, but that's not at all guaranteed.
So if anyone knows how to solve this problem or what caused this problem, I would really appreciate your help.

I have a similar problem. It always loads the start of the scene and not the exact moment i saved. Maybe that's the pattern that happens to you. Saves store your variables as well as your position in the code (the line number), so if you do anything to increase (or decrease) the code size, it's going to load at a different position.
Adding any mod will definitely do this.
Future saves will be OK, but old saves will be pointing to the wrong line number based on where you're expecting it to be.

Well that makes sense but I played this morning first without the mod, and so childish I am that I thought that by adding the mod, it will resolve the Problem
But the most confusing thing is that how did it got resolved by its own then without me changing anything ?!
And just so you know, my every save file that was created, I had the mod installed at that time.
Edit: So I experimented what you said, created some new saves and after a while loaded them and it works fine
...but the previous ones don't...I Really appreciate your help Shazba

its a b-52 as in a bombardeer 52 the motherfuckers who trashed france and germany at the end of the 2nd great European rumble ... they set the city of dresden on fire which was a war crime so that`s why the shot is set on fire... To the mod deleting the discussions about absinthe... We were discussing how Heather (a character in the game) was knocking back multiple cups of absinthe (a drink in the game) and how she was handling them like a boss.
